What is a keyword?
A keyword is a word used to distinguish a targeted message within a short/long code service. Example, lets say you choose the keyword of “wings”. This is the word the customer or organization would use in combination with the 10 digit number to receive the unique text campaign of your liking. It would say, “text “wings” to 214-543-xxxx and they will be able to receive each campaign sent by your business whenever you want the campaign sent out.
Can the Keyword be any Length?
Yes it actually could be as long as you would want it, but we suggest keeping it simple and specific to the organization’s name or business so it’s easy to remember.
Does the Keyword have to be a single word?
No. It can be a combination of 2 words or a number in conjunction with words. Example, you may want to choose, “9wings” or “8wings”. It can tailor to how you may want it to be.
How many text messages can I send out per month?
As many as you will need. If you need more than the initial monthly plan chosen, prices for additional texts are as follow: $24 for an additional 500 texts and $49 for an additional 1000 texts.
How long can an individual message be?
Individual message are to be 145 characters or less.
How do I inform you on what message to send and when?
There is a form to fill out on once you sign-up as the member to the back-office on our website (textmyregulars.com) and information can be filled out to notify of when and what campaign you would want sent out. The email will be sent directly to our email once this action has taken place.
What prevents you from sending something out that is not exactly what I wanted?
When filling out the form in your back-office, you are able to proofread all the information before sending the information to our email. We then do a quick spell check and word count to make sure it is ok to be sent. Before the campaign goes out, we will email you to conform this message is ok to go out. After the confirmation, the message is sent at the appointed time you guided us to send it thru.
What happens if a message sent out is misspelled or incorrect?
In the order that a message is sent incorrectly, or the wrong message is sent out on our behalf, we will not put those messages to the charge of your account and send the correct message at no charge on that particular transaction, for that specific campaign.
How do I know my messages are actually being sent out to my opt-in members?
After every campaign sent out, we send you a confirmation of the amount of messages sent, the message that was sent and the amount of messages left in your account after each transaction. We suggest the manager sign up with the opt-in number and campaign to see every message that goes out and how it will look to the customers.
